You should hold out a wallet with no money in it.

You should throw a coin at his head then knock him to the ground and begin to slowly cut him apart.

You charge at him and bite into the wrist of the hand holding the knife and not let go until he passes out with pain and blood loss then bring the body back to your home.

You don't get assaulted you travel in packs and do most of the muggimg yourself.

You punch him then take him to a police station unconscious.

You pull out some giant chaingun and hold the trigger until all thats left of him and the surrounding area is a pile of dust, pulp and empty ammo casings.

You pull out a four foot chainsaw and cut him open them hang him from a lamppost.

You get stabbed with no effect your vital organs stopped working a long time ago.

Set fire to his car and watch it burn.
