Weird Black Ring Appears In Sky

Is this a very badly cloaked UFO? An interdimensional portal? The girl who filmed this video was very freaked out when she saw this phenomena, but this is nothing paranormal. Rings like these often form in the clouds when large enough things (like substation transformers) explode. Quite freaky to see, however.
