I would try to live a quiet and humble life, and I may or may not remarry.

I would spend my vast inheritance/settlement money on parties, gifts, and luxuries.

Why would it matter? I only have a dozen other lovers in my life.

I would remarry a previous friend or lover whom I parted with long ago.

What stepchildren? I wouldn't marry someone with children. I prefer the thought that my husband has always been mine and mine alone.

Depends on the stepchild, of course.

Being a good stepmother isn't my priority. If they hate me, so be it.

I am not at all hedonistic. In fact, I prefer a simple, modest life, avoiding luxury.

I'm a flamin' hedonist...especially when it comes to romance :)

I enjoy luxuries, and I am very skilled in them myself (e.g. I can play instruments).

I love luxury, perhaps even to the point of hedonism...but I'm not very talented :(

Although I enjoy luxuries, I could still be perfectly content without them.

I enjoy luxuries, but my studies are (at least) equally as important.

I would most likely express guilt, since I am probably partly responsible for the death.

I most likely wouldn't have much of a reaction, since I probably wouldn't know his ex very well.

I would feel sad, since I am most likely friends with his ex.
