No, this is not a super-realistic GTA 5 mod, some people actually went and recreated the whole look and feel of Grand Theft Auto with remarkable accuracy. This short shows off some of LA's locations along with typical gunplay you would find in GTA. Even the actor's over exaggerated swagger is spot on when compared to the characters. 

The crew that created this video used GoPro cameras on poles to get the right angles. Remarkably well done.
