First comes one of the warning signs that are posted around Australian Army training areas and ranges. My wife is very much amused by this sign!

The second is taken from the top of Mount Stuart overlooking Lavarack Barracks (my former place of employment).

An admittedly poor picture, this is what is outside my window at night. The tall thing on the left with the antennae is the Hancock Center, and the building that stands out as being tall on the right is the Sears Tower. I'll get one of these during the day when it's not all annoying an orange at some point and the exposure time is something where I don't fuck up the picture by having a pulse.

This is about 45 minutes from where I live. It snowed at Multnomah Falls and it was really pretty. Surprisingly, I have never been there during the winter. There was a lot of ice.

I woke up this morning at 8:30 and it was all white out the windows. I don't like the snow, but it also means NO SCHOOL! First day of school and it's cancelled so I am happy. I took pictures of the fresh snow that is still falling quite heavily and it's 10:30 now. It hasn't snowed like this in a long long time.
