Now somebody who know's where I'm gonna live, that's impressive. And frightening.

Except, I just found out recently that we didn't get the house in London.
Now we're looking for a two or three bedroom townhouse or appartment.

But I still don't belive the story told at the beginning of this thread.

Well done, DR...It makes me smile to know that chivalrey isn't dead, it's just comatose here in America.

Chivalry? Feminism killed chivalry. Women have no one to blame but their hippie bra burning sisters. Why should I get my ass kicked for a woman who looks at me funny if I ask her to take out the garbage? Why should I hold a door open for a woman if she'll never make me dinner? Or vice versa. Why should I cook dinner for a woman who'll never hold a door open for me?

Good point, Spoons...but it's not my fault feminism still exists for no reason. I'm glad we have equal rights now, but that's what Susan B. Anthony wanted, right? Well, we have it, and feminism should be dead, and women expected to hold a door open for anyone, including men. I do that, but I'm not everyone. I have no problem with cooking, other than the fact that I get 2nd degree burns while cooking a goddamned pizza...but I don't have a problem cooking, or holding open doors. Is feminism extreme in Canada?

The words extreme and Canada are rarely used in the same sentence. But I have noticed a rising in feminazi's.

Fortunately, whether or not chivalry is dead, I was raised to be a gentleman. But I make a point to seek out women who appreciate that kind of behaviour and reward it.

But I've never fought for a girl. Why bother? I'm a lover not a fighter.

Like I said Spoons, I don[I AM TOO STUPID TO USE AN APOSTROPHE]t like fighting. Fighting is stupid. I just went there to make them piss off. But they attacked me. SO I defended myself.

And I don[I AM TOO STUPID TO USE AN APOSTROPHE]t really care if you believe the story, though it did happen.

Whats not believable about a 6'8, 300 pound teen with a blue belt in judo taking down some stoned punks? Frankly, it wasnt very hard...

But Very few things are extreme in Canada... But those damn feminazis are on the rise. And its not cool. I'm all for equality, but...

I'll put the idea up in the serious debate forum... You'll hate me, but whatever... its under feminine equality...

But yeah... Chivalry rules. It makes me feel warm and fuzzy.

And I wouldn[I AM TOO STUPID TO USE AN APOSTROPHE]t actually get into a fight for a girl. It just sorta happened...

Like I said, I prefer loving to fighting too

Hey, if it happened it happened. But I do find it hard to believe. Mostly cuz I don't know you, and you could be some damn 90 lb nerd whose biggest fantasy is to get back at the school bully.

But hey, if you did what you did, then props are due.

Try on top your computer :)

And I find it vey sad when people gang up on anyone, especially a woman or someone smaller than they are. I'd be prone to hit someone with my bag if they attacked, then kick them repeatedly. My nails are strong and sharp... I've been known to cause pain, usually without really trying... Like a friend told me to kick him in the shins as hard as possible, and I wasn't trying much but I did accidentally fuck up his leg a bit... Some of the flesh detached from the bone... :-?

Uh......if somebody did something like that to Mizu, i'd do bad things to them. I'd ask for sturmy's help, and we'd do things. Bad things. I'm not a violent person, but i won't stand for people hurting those i care about. I have honer to defend, mine and hers.

Spoons :; I don't konw where you keep finding all these feminists, i don't see them anywhere. Mabye you just keep finding the wrong women.

Other dude: Where did you learn to fight? That's pretty uber.

Mizu would go all berzerky like her avatar of Haruko and smash people. And if she couldn't do that, she would resort to being as low as people ganging up and tell her friends. The Sean, Marty and Sturmy, and probably many others would make hurty on the attacker. :)

Well, Sean, I learned to fight in Judo.

They teach you a whole bunch of cool things as early as an orange belt. Arm breaking holds, for example.

Basically, if a street fighter is going one on one with someone who knows Judo, or almost any other Martial art, any weapon (Short of a gun) is pretty useless. We know how to defend ourselves agianst knife attacks, which is easy, cause barely anyone knows how to fight with a knife...

Plus you learn Katas, wich are collections of moves, sort of like a dance. I actually used a Kata in that fight (It was more of a beating than a fight), so I was proud of myself for that.

Judo is gay. I've been trained in it's sister arts Jui-jitsu and Karate. I like Jui-jitsu better. It's a combination of Karate and Judo. But you learn how to hit people, instead of just disarming them and throwing them around.

Actually, is awesome BECAUSE it teaches you how to disarm them and throw them around./

And break their arms

and legs

and necks

and backs...

Jui Jitsu is good if you wanna be able to go out and beat people. Judo is the ultimate in self defense. You just don[I AM TOO STUPID TO USE AN APOSTROPHE]t get better.

Plus its an awesome work out. So, both things I like in one! I'm a pacifist, so... yeah. Self defence=good. Aggression leads to anger... Anger leads to FEAR... FEAR leads to the DARK SIDE.

But if you knock Judo again, I will epon your ass

Yeah, those bitches should have kept their mouths shut and accepted their rapings!

...

Ya, that was the major flaw with chivalry...

I'm just wondering what kind of judo teaches people to break bones...

Advanced Judos.

In sparring, one way to win or get a point is get a perosn inot a hold in wich you can break a limb, and then they are supposed to tap out when you start bending the limb.

Actually, I saw someone's leg get broken when they didn[I AM TOO STUPID TO USE AN APOSTROPHE]t tap out.

Yeah, I broke someone's collar bone when I was sparring once.
They didn't even notice it until the next day.

p.s. Judo sucks.

Cuz the Edmonton Oilers traded Wayne Gretzky to the L.A. Kings, thus facilitating the downfall of Canadian hockey.

Well, not really, but it would make a good excuse if I snap and start shooting people on top of the nearest clocktower.

You'll find a lot of members here see every situation as being hypothetical, and don't trust what anyone says. No offense intended to you, but there is never any way to be certian any of this happened other than by your admission. :)

Also, a lot of peoples' trusts have to be earned. I'm one of the more relaxed members here...if I like someone, I'll generally believe them.

Some believe without either proof or without trust being earned, but unfortunately neither Spoons or I are one of them.

I don't disbelieve you so much as not trust you - this may have happened or may not, but I'm not going to call you a liar or believe you without proof.

Still, you sound like a nice lad.
