its on your profile. when you go to do your profile there's a little thingy you click that says something like *hide online status* or something like that

i'm not very helpful....

It's hidden, and you go to your profile there's an option there. And don't hide, it's easier for other to know when you're around (so I know I can stick around and wiffle waffle).
