It will be sent and eventually read by a processor in the FBI or Dept. of HLS. Then it will be sent for evaulation by an agent who will exam the site for hidden Al-Qeada messages or opertives, which will take a couple of weeks. Perhaps a few months later it will be labelled no threat and put on a special list just incase it is reported again, if not already done so. Anyways, it will probably take many man-hours and thousands of dollars to research this site. The guy did more harm than good.
