Biker Becomes Victim of Hit and Run For Trying To Help

When a biker pulls up to a red light, he notices that the driver in the BMW next to him is busy texting while driving. Knowing that this potentially makes the road unsafe for everybody, the driver included, he asked him to get off the phone. The driver however decided to retaliate a couple of blocks further, once the biker was up to speed. The BMW driver came from behind and pulled into the lane right next to the biker. Once he was parallel to the biker, he swerved the car right into the biker, knocking him to the ground. The driver sped off while the biker was left lying in the road. The biker survived, but suffered severe bruising, a broken foot and amnesia as a result.
